Boat Basin Upgrades at Coast Guard Station Oswego. The work involved demolition of pier 3, replacement of timber fenders, pile jackets, dredging, placement of new concrete facing at existing sheet pile/concrete bulkheads, and installation of new concrete floating dock with two steel guide piles drilled-grouted into bedrock bottom and gangway.
